Warrior Women Walking by Faith:

Hello, Hello Beautiful People! I hope everyone is having a fantastic start to their week. So recently, I found this beautiful picture with a quote on Instagram, and I absolutely had to save it. This is the quote:*Note: I found this quote on Instagram, all credit goes to whoever the author/ artist is*

Isn’t that just inspiring? I don’t know about you but hearing that I am a warrior whose faith can move mountains, makes me so giddy and encouraged that I feel like I could go punch the enemy square in the nose, and I alone could never be prone to any of his attacks again. But here’s the thing, at first glance that is what I thought was the message the author was trying to portray; however, upon reflection, I don’t think that was the message the author was trying to give at all.

As we all know, life is hard. Life is unpredictable. And to be frank, it sucks when life doesn’t go our way. And for me, when life doesn’t go my way, or my expectations for life fall short, I get anxious. I begin to doubt. And if things are seemingly turning really dark, I begin to think that God isn’t going to show up in the situation at all. And you know what? The enemy loves this.

Recently, I heard the song “Fear Is A Liar” by Zach Williams. This song came on after one of my quiet times, and God was really wanting/encouraging me to submit all of my burdens down; however, I was being stubborn and so hesitant to let go of  my fears. The enemy was really messing with me, and I was worried and fearful that God wasn’t going to intervene in the situation the way Iwanted Him to. Therefore, I  believed the lie that I couldn’t trust Him with the situation.

(Side Note: Ladies, if that is you, know that that is a lie. Trust me and trust Him enough to know that He can, will, and is willing to show up in all situations.)

When I heard that song, I began to tear up, for it was exactly what I needed to hear. He came through and gave me what I needed hear in order to trust Him in the situation.

And you know what? I think that is what the author is trying to get the audience to understand. You see, it is not the woman that needs to be the focal point. It is her faith in God that needs to be the focal point.  Here is a whisper of truth I want to give you ladies today: you cannot shake/break/tear down/ belittle/ etc. a woman who finds her sole strength in God. The woman the quote is talking about isn’t moving mountains, but rather she is quiet. It is her faith that moves the mountains and makes her a warrior.

And you know what? That woman is you. Yes, you.

Whatever you are dealing with, whatever you are struggling with, whatever burden you have been carrying, whatever heartbreak has broken you; it does not have the power break you when you trust God wholeheartedly with the situation. God has your back. God is for you. Just allow him to take the reigns and carry you through the journey. And trust me, when you reach the other side there will be nothing but joyous praise and a soul full of hope and song. You will be so amazed and awed at what He did that it will allow you to want to trust Him with every aspect in life. And when you do, amazing things begin to happen. The most beautiful of all is this: you begin to become more like Him. This, my friends, is what pursuing Jesus is all about. He wants to help us with life and give us ‘life in full” (John 10:10). And when we allow Him to take the reigns, those mountains begin to move, the earth begins to shake, and beautiful things begin to manifest in your life.

Have faith, lovelies, and know that I am praying for you, and God is in control. Thank you all for reading, and I love you all so so much! God bless, and have a great week!
